DTC Growth Summit – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the DTC Growth Summit. By registering for or attending this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the DTC Growth Summit and your use of this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or attend the event.

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

All tickets must be purchased directly through the official DTC Growth Summit website or an authorized partner. Ticket prices and categories are listed on the event page. Your registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is provided by the event organizers. Any unauthorized ticket resale or transfer will render the ticket void.

2. Ticket Type Verification

Certain ticket types are restricted to eligible purchasers:

  • Brand Tickets are reserved for individuals who actively own, operate, or are employed by a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or retail brand.
  • Agency Tickets are for service providers including marketing, email, design, development, or other agency types.
  • Tech Tickets are for software providers, SaaS companies, venture capital firms, media companies, or similar.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for your selected ticket type. All tickets are subject to verification, and you may be required to provide proof of eligibility at check-in or upon request (e.g., company email, business card, LinkedIn profile, or other documentation). If you are unable to provide valid verification or have purchased a ticket type for which you do not qualify, the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel your ticket without refund, or require payment of the difference to upgrade to the appropriate ticket type.

3. Attendance and Access

Attendance is limited to approved and confirmed participants. You may be asked to present valid identification or proof of registration upon check-in. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with event policies, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts sessions.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees are expected to treat staff, speakers, and other guests with courtesy at all times. The organizers may remove anyone violating this policy without refund.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

The DTC Growth Summit organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the event program, including speakers, sessions, or venue, without prior notice. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all confirmed attendees will be notified via email. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. The organizers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be handled as outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy. If you attend and do not feel you received value from the event, a full refund will be issued as stated in that policy.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Attendance at the DTC Growth Summit is at your own risk. The organizers, speakers, sponsors, and venue partners shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that occurs during the event. We do not accept liability for any third-party services or products mentioned or used during the event.

8. Intellectual Property and Media Rights

All logos, branding, materials, and event content are the property of the DTC Growth Summit or its respective owners. By attending, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the event. You grant the organizers the right to use your likeness for promotional purposes in any media format without compensation.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration or attendance will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes communications about event details, updates, and future opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, USA.
